Nothing has a greater influence on the quality of children's sports than the excellence of the coach.  All of our coaches are members of the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA), and have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches than any other sport in the United States.

Certified coaches in USA Swimming programs possess training and experience in the physiology and psychology of adolescent development.  SSS coaches are current in Red Cross First Aid, CPR and Lifesaving and Safety Training for Coaches.
