Help us Develop our Sponsorship Program

Most SSS families have seen the banners and signboards at various pools and little league fields promoting local businesses. We are working on a similar project to help subsidize the Serpents. We have made arrangements with Ron Blair Signs in Sebastopol to produce banners that will be displayed on the fencing at the west end of the pool area. This can be a great way for members of the West County business community to show their support for the youth in our organization. The program is outlined below.

We will soon be mailing letters to West County businesses associated with the Chamber of Commerce asking them to consider participating in this program. If you feel you have friends, neighbors or employers that you can approach about being a SSS Sponsor, you may download a copy of the letter that SSS is using to present the sponsorship program to members of the Sebastopol Chamber of Commerce. Please share this information about the program with anyone that you think might be interested in helping out the Serpents. 

Copies of this letter are also available at Ives Pool. If you do make personal contact with any local business or business person, please inform Adriana Edman so we can save the printing and postage costs and avoid duplicating the contact.

Individual Sponsor ……….….$ 50.00/year

Senior Sponsor (65 & up)….… 30.00/year

Family Sponsor………………. 100.00/year

These sponsors receive their name on a sponsorship sign at Ives Pool and their name is placed in the “Booster Board” in all newsletters.

Bronze Medal Sponsor ….….$250.00/year

Bronze Medal Sponsors receive their business name/logo on an individual 4 ft. x 2.5 ft. sign at Ives Pool, their business name in the “Booster Board” in all newsletters, and business card ad in swim meet programs.

Silver Medal Sponsor…….….$500.00/year

Silver Medal Sponsors receive their business name/logo on an individual 8 ft. x 2.5 ft. sign at Ives Pool, their business name in the “Booster Board” in all newsletters, and ½ page ad in swim meet programs.

Gold Medal Sponsor ……...$1,000.00/year

Gold Medal Sponsors receive their business name/logo on an individual 8 ft. x 5 ft. sign at Ives Pool, their business name in the “Booster Board” in all newsletters, and a full page ad in swim meet programs.
